 Welcome to the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church website. We are a diverse congregation located in the downtown area near the Western Michigan University campus. A look around the sanctuary on Sunday reveals young couples with their children, older couples enjoying their retirement, and college students. Our worship service itself is traditional and easy to follow. We are also service oriented, with many service organizations and projects to choose from. |

 In an August 2002 article of the church newsletter, Pastor Ken Johnson described how the youth, and in turn the entire congregation, at Trinity is like a family: "When I am with the youth, I can readily see an open and easy banter and joy of being together. But I also find that in just about every worship setting, meeting, social gathering, etc. that I have been to in my years at Trinity. We are a family in Christ." |
